Below are a couple of Harmony Reminders that are very important for maintaining the appropriate workflow of cases in the system:
- Provider users should never update the status of an OKDHS or OHCA record on the Provider Enrollments Tab.
- Provider users should never update a record on the Eligibility Tab that is for Eligibility Status = Active, Eligibility Status = Medicaid. Provider users should only add Suspended/Suspension records or update the end date of a Suspended/Suspension record on this Tab of the system.
